1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NeuroNur website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NeuroNur provides neuroscience-based clinical assessment, rehabilitation, and education services. All clinical services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals. Services are subject to availability and are provided based on clinical suitability as determined by our clinical team following comprehensive assessment.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
The following appointment policies apply:
- Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed by our team
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice may be charged at the full session rate
- Intensive programs require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed in writing with our team. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (buy now pay later), and bank transfer. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the nature of the service purchased. Digital products and completed sessions are generally non-refundable. Equipment purchases follow the manufacturer's return policy. Please contact us directly to discuss any refund requests.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the NeuroNur website — including text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, and the NeuroNur Method™ — is the intellectual property of NeuroNur Medical Center and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
